general terms

  • Terms and conditions are subject to change. All commissions, and the agreements thereof, are individually tailored. Everyone gets their own! Please see below for the General Terms to get us started.

  • Currency accepted is either USD or AUD (for digital orders only) and can be paid through PayPal Invoicing.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • Do not send payment before I have agreed to accept your commission and requested that you to send me the payment.

  • I will let you know the estimated time frame for your commission before payment is processed.

  • The time it takes to finish a commission can vary between 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and where you are located (for physical deliveries).

  • For digital artwork, once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product. Depending on where you live, we can arrange to print your artwork. Just ask :)

  • When the commission piece is completed, I will send you a photo before sending the piece to you. At this point, if you feel it is necessary, 2 rounds of minimal changes is included in the original agreed upon price.

  • If you would like a change in the commission piece that I deem as more than minimal, I will charge you an additional fee before completing the additional work. The amount of the additional fee depends on how complex and / or how time intensive the change will be, and will typically be based on a fair hourly wage.

  • If your initial commission request was unclear, changes will come at an extra charge.
